Do you charge for appointments?
Our initial appointments are obligation free.
What can I expect from my initial obligation free appointment?
Our initial appointments are effectively a building consultancy service, which will be completed with our sales manager and one of our licenced builders. At Fixed Price Building Solutions, we have a qualified design team who are also licenced builders.
These rare skill sets allow us to provide
informative and accurate options for any proposed building project. At our initial appointment, we can offer professional advice and start to develop a great builder/client relationship moving forward.
What won’t you get from our initial obligation free appointment?
We follow a careful approval process to deliver a genuine fixed price for your consideration. You will not get any typical sales spiel. You will not be given a guess based on a square meter rate.
What happens after our initial obligation free appointment?
From our initial appointment, we will provide you with feedback based on the discussions of the first appointment. We will listen to you. We will provide professional advice from a design and building perspective. This will include a clear and precise approval process moving forward.
At Fixed Price Building Solutions, we offer to complete your building approval before we enter any legally binding
Contract(s). You will have everything you need to obtain approval if you do not accept our fixed-price tender. All reports and plans will be provided to you at no additional cost.
Can you quote from plans I have had completed?
Our experience is that plans that an external provider has completed usually have no consideration for the actual cost of building. Often, externally completed plans do not factor in the construction
requirements to build an extension or addition in line with the fixed price tender we will provide.
We carry a project from concept to completion. We are responsible for the entire project, including a
mandatory 6-year structural warranty period. If you have had plans completed in advance, we would ask you to work with our licenced builder on a design to achieve the best outcome for you and your family.
How much will it cost?
At Fixed Price Building Solutions, we stand by our name. We do not quote from a square meter rate. We will accurately price your project on the size and types of the room (bathrooms, kitchen, living
areas, etc.) and all the materials included in your project (brick veneer, cladding, roof design and products, floor coverings, etc.). Ultimately, we want to price your project accurately and competitively. We want to complete your project on time and budget.
