With over two decades of experience in the construction industry, Greg has honed his expertise and developed a fixed-price building system that has been used to deliver fantastic Building Projects all
over the Greater Sydney Area.
Greg’s journey in construction began with a strong foundation in business management and an Associate Diploma in Business Accounting. This educational background gave him the financial acumen necessary to excel in the competitive construction industry.

Kieran Trumble | Project Manager
Kieran is a hands-on Project Manager who uses passion, creativity, and collaboration to complete your project. His love of building began by assisting his father on-site in building their family home.
This early exposure ignited a lifelong love for building and craftsmanship. He has been in the Residential building industry since 1998. Kieran registered as a builder in 2017 and has a strong drafting and carpentry background.
Over the years, he has gained experience through the network of trades by casually working with the tradespeople, e.g., tiling, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, painting, insulation, kitchen joinery,
concreting and landscaping.
One of Kieran’s standout attributes is his diverse skill set. With a strong background in draughting and carpentry, he possesses a keen eye for detail and an innate understanding of the intricacies of
construction.
Over the years, he has expanded his horizons by working with various trades, including tiling, waterproofing, electrical, plumbing, painting, insulation, kitchen joinery, concreting, and landscaping. This multifaceted knowledge allows him to oversee projects comprehensively and
ensure that every aspect meets the highest standards.
Kieran is known for his high level of detailed drafting, and external builders and Architects ask for hisassistance on their projects. He has worked in a team designing modern Show homes for leading
project companies. He has also undertaken small commercial work in the Sydney region.
Kieran has experience dealing with councils, Private Certifiers, engineers, arborists, tradespeople, and heritage specialists. He can design for access and mobility if you require assistance in your new home or renovation. In every project, whether large or small, Kieran aims to turn your vision into reality.

Garren Rea | Principal Builder
Meet Garren, the seasoned Principal Builder at Fixed Price Building Solutions, whose illustrious career spans over three decades in the construction industry. One of Garren’s remarkable talents is his mastery of traditionally built federation and architecturally designed homes. His meticulous attention to detail and appreciation for craftsmanship shines

With over two decades in the construction industry, Paul plays a vital role within the Fixed Price Building team. With a background that includes roles as a building draftsman, estimator, carpentry,
site supervisor and hands-on experience, Paul possesses a comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
As a licensed builder and site supervisor, Paul manages suppliers and trades seamlessly to ensure
that every project is executed precisely and excellently. His ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanour under pressure is one of his defining traits.
Paul’s eagle-eyed attention to detail ensures that no aspect of a construction project goes unnoticed, ensuring quality work and regulatory compliance.
