2. Provide Fixed Price Approval Package
We provide a preliminary agreement with a 100% genuine fixed price for your project!
3. Present Fixed Price tender to client
We provide you with a Fixed Price tender that includes all plans/costs associated with your building project. Our Licenced Builder/Draftsperson will also attend this appointment!
4. Apply for approval
We take care of the approval of your project and ensure all of the approval boxes are checked.
5. Schedule the project to commence
We schedule the start date and get the ball rolling on your dream building project - settling for nothing less than speed and perfection!
