In our initial meeting with Greg and Kieran, they really took the time to take us through their process of a first floor addition and listened to what we were hoping to achieve. Kieran came up with an amazing design and adding a few tweaks here and there was no trouble for him. Renee was lovely to deal with, and our consultation with her helped us to decide on colours and fitout. The team handle all the approvals with councils and certifiers and our plans went through smoothly.
Garren and his team of builders are amazing – so professional, hard working, friendly and the job they do is of superior quality. All the trades who have been contracted to come on site have been so easy to deal with and have all done a great job.
Our family of 5 have stayed living (and working) in the house during the entire renovation and the team were mindful of this and kept the site so clean at the end of each day. Communication has been great – always kept in the loop as to what was happening each week. Our renovation has been completed so efficiently with no real delays even with the wet weather and covid.
